Our Development Methodology.
We don't bolt on the latest fad parts, we don't follow the "expert's" latest rumors, we don't believe in miracle gizmos....what we do believe is that applying the hard learned principles of component matching, measured testing and the of the laws of physics.
To the right are some pictures of recent development projects:
1. Fabrication:
Charge Air Cooler (CAC)
60oC. temperature drop, .5 lbs Pressure drop.
2. Custom Machining:
4 Pressure Transducers, 1mm hole into cylinder between top piston ring and deck.
3. Fabrication:
Test Headers and complete system. 9 fittings for Lambda probes, 6 fittings for temperature and gas sensing.
4. Tuning:
Testing modifications on a dynamometer.
5. Fabrication:
Test Header 4 Lambda probes, 4 temperature probes.
6. Research & Development:
Exhaust header with stainless cylinders for sampling.
7. Fabrication:
3 throttle body/plenum "unions". Interprep's, Stock and another. Which would you want?
